The black alpha's head shot up at teh sound of a new howl. The white wolf's one. Blinking, his ears perked up slightly at the sound of the girl's worried howl that had come to response. Wasn't she suppose to be asleep? The Black wolf lifted his snout toward the wind, and smelled a flowery scent coming his way. Why was she up? Didn't she know it was bad for her health to be running tired in this cold weather?
He heard the soft footsteps from behind, and he turned, to see the white wolf. He blinked in question, before then speaking at her.
"Why are you here?" He asked simply towards her, still in the wolf form. He didn't know if she would understand him, but she probably could since she was apart of his pack now. The howls still continued, and he threw his snout in the air before howling again. The howls stopped after a minute as he fixed his crimson eyes back on the girl.
"Did Toby come and visit you again?" He asked, with a tip of his head and lying down to face her fully. Why did she bother with her so called "stick in the mud" mate? His wolf had felt more offended then his human form, and at the moment, he was a wolf so...he did take it to heart.
