“You're gay.”

Dmitri wasn't gay. Everyone knew it. If you were a woman or if you knew a woman, then you would know he wasn't gay. Which meant one of two things, she was new around here or she was teasing him. The Russian assumed it was a bit of both. Obviously she didn't know Dmitri by face but perhaps hearing name and she would remember his reputation, it would depend on which reputation she heard how this meeting progressed. She either heard the excellent lover and wonderful conversationalist one, the hardened criminal one or the cheating lying whore-mongering reputation. Any of those were okay for her to hear, he could turn it around anyway but it's always nicer if she's only heard the first one.

"You think I'm gay? Ask any girl and you'll see I'm not gay..."

Dmitri stepped towards her slightly and smiled down at her as he purred the words out of his lips. She was good looking, no-one could deny it and he was pretty sure if he hadn't arrived when he did, someone else would of gotten here first. Not that it mattered of course because Dmitri would of still taken his chance, it would of just been later. So really, this interaction was inevitable. Dmitri thought about many things as he waited for what he said to sink in.

"Maybe I'll show you that I'm not gay myself."

Dmitri approached her and placed his hands on her waist. He would gauge what to do next based on her reaction. If she slapped him, he apologise and make up some kind of lie, if she left him. That's when it gets interesting because if she left his hands there, either she'll reciprocate and therefore improve the night greatly or she'll be idle in which case means she'll need a bit more work. Practice makes perfect with this kinda thing. Dmitri was perfect.
