The God of Love continued to slumber peacefully at the front of the shop. Little by little he felt himself slipping into dream land, but the mumbles and sounds of the shop kept him from slipping away completely. He groaned in annoyance hearing his name from the sea of muffled voices. "Five more minutes..." he pleaded to the who ever wanted him awake. Oh how cruel this world was. Is it so bad for the male to just want to sleep and procrastinate his work? Probably...
By the time he recognized the voice he was now fully awake. He opened one eye peering up at Haru, his attention turned to the sandwich in her hands. His stomach replied for him making another loud growl. "Don't waste food." He groaned as he pulled himself up from his laying position making him sit upright. He smirked at the pink haired girl and stretched his arm out asking for the plate. "You really didn't have to cook, I could have gotten something from Seiri. But It would be such a waste if you threw that out."
He chuckled as he got up and taking the plate from Haru before she could reply. He sat back on the love seat leaving some room for the female to sit with him. He took a bite from the sandwich and smiled. "Not bad," he smirked at her taking another bite. "I might have to fire you from being a waiter and rehire you as a chef." He chuckled at the female.
As he continued to eat he scanned over his cafe. It seems that Haru was right. There doesn't seem much love happening in the building. He watched some of the customers as they went on with their day. He brought his attention to three men two of them he quickly recognized as Shima and his good friend Dea. And another gentle man that seemed to be hating every living soul in this building. He watched as he called on another waiter who brought him a drink. He snarled a little as he watched from a distant. "We're not suppose to be serving alcohol at his time." He gave out a sigh as he continued to watch silently.
Haru's words rung in his head. "I don't see much love going on, it seems more like a cafe to me now." He frowned as he took another bite. Honestly this cafe was the only idea the god had to help the human race find love. But it seemed like it was backfiring, less and less couples seemed to be getting together and more of them seemed to split up. Some would even break up right out side of his lovely cafe. Love is complicated game, so complicated even Eros himself had difficulties playing it.
He looked over at the person sipping his drink. His fingers formed the shape of gun and he pointed them at the male. In his mind it was the arrow he used in the olden days. "Pew" He said quietly to himself pretending to pull the imaginary trigger and hoping it would hit the drinking male. But alas he knew that wouldn't work it wasn't like before where he could just shoot an arrow. He sighed and took another bite of the sandwich. "It's not as easy as it use to be..."
