"Urg..." Haruko groaned slightly, coming back to consciousness at someone shaking his shoulder. He could only remember fragments of his dream, something about the three of them in a boat on the ocean with a shark following them the whole time. It didn't take a genius to figure out the meaning behind the dream. The boat and the ocean were the situation they had found themselves in. Stranded on a weird planet. The shark probably represented the danger that was following them. Savage creaures out for their blood. The only thing Haruko did not understand was that he had felt no danger from the shark. Weird ... very weird, but then again it was only a dream.

He heard some mutterings above him and blearily opened his eyes. He must have fallen asleep quite some time ago, he thought as he noticed the night had advanced quickly and it was pitch black outside so far that he couldn't see further than a few meters past the fire.
Looking up, he noticed Sam grinning at him and he slowly pulled himself into wakefulness. "Hey there, did I sleep for long?" he asked drowsily and shook his head as he sat up. It didn't really matter, he felt somewhat better and the headache had receeded as well. "Nevermind, just go to sleep, I'll stand guard." he told the older boy smiling and readied himself for a few hours of staying awake.

He leaned back against the cool stone wall and pulled out his dagger, spinning it in his fingers while he watched the fire. Haruko liked the colour of fire, the way it changed from a warm red to an orange and then to a slight yellow. Had he been on the ship, he would have gotten out his sketch book and drawn the scene. Moka and Sam were sleeping peacefully so far which was good, they would need their strenght tomorrow...or was is today already? It was hard to judge, but it also was not very important. In their situation, time was really not that important. As long as they found away out of here before ther oxygen went out.
