Mina guffawed at Prince's response, placing her hands on her hips. When he made a jab at her about her Dad coming to her rescue, Snow punched his shoulder playfully, meanwhile trying to push down the blush that arose to her cheeks. What could she say? She was Daddy's little girl! It wasn't her fault that she knew that she could count on her father to come to her rescue. Still smirking at Prince, Mina linked her arm through his and allowed the boy to lead her down the hall and to their friends.
Just as Mina got done with laughing about Prince pointing out a teacher, he stopped and she followed his gaze to the entrance. Her eyes widened as well and she glanced at Prince to see him puffing out his chest like a fake-me-out Superman or something. Mina chuckled as he mumbled something. She nearly yelled out in surprise when he grabbed her hand and practically yelled at the teacher about finding her and they having to hurry. When the teacher demanded what was happening, Mina just gaped for a moment, mouth opening and closing like a fish as she struggled momentarily to catch on to what Prince was doing. After awhile, however - and a quick squeeze to her hand - she understood.
"Please, I have to get home," Mina cried, voice only slightly wavering as the sudden need to call upon all of the acting Gods hit her. Sure, Mina could lie well. But when caught off guard like this, not that well. Luckily, she was exuding enough worry to convince said teacher. "I'm sorry, we really have to go." As soon as the teacher nodded and Prince gave her the go ahead, she ran.
A few moments later, they were near their other two friends who were currently being cornered. Mina put back on the worried face.
"Guys, come on! We have to get home to my Dad," she called, capturing the teacher's attention. She glared half-heartedly at Professor Peterson. "Sir, please! My Dad said I needed to get home and this involves them too. Please." Mina didn't even realize she was still holding Prince's hand.
