Tobias blinked, as he heard footsteps coming closer, along with the scent of fresh meadow flowers. She didn't leave in the car? Was his only thought, as he heard the crunching of snow coming near him. He didn't turn, as he heard anew body sit beside him.
Hearing her apology, he simply shrugged. "Janis is...strange, and just wants the best for you." He said simply, with a nod. He knew that Janis and Storm wanted him to be more...affectionate? Was that the word? With the girl, but he couldn't bring himself too.
Tobias blinked at the next words that came out, and looked at her, a slight expression of shock maybe? He leaned back on his hands, looking up at the sky, before he scratched the back of his head. Slight confusion crossing his features as his mind process the question.
"I suppose...I'm fine with anything." He said, as if unsure what was coming out of his mouth. It was a strange question, something he hadn't been asked in a few years. Usually during Christmas time, Nana forced her way into his house with Hara and Storm to make him celebrate it.
"You don't have to worry about me. You should enjoy yourself during these times." He said, looking at her from his position of leaning back on his hands. Though he could only see the slender girl's back of course. "With the pack gone, and the new addition, it would be quite dangerous to leave the older ones here without protection."
