Even before the smog came, a graceful figure had emerged from the temple building, stepping out to gaze down at the steep incline that dropped off to the north of the temple. A few minutes later, the rumbling started, and the creatures came into sight. The ethereal girl stood at the top of the incline leading to the temple and looked down at the approaching swarm, before waving a hand. A series of loud cracks echoed across the mountain, swiftly followed by a thundering that matched the Wyrms' for its volume and ferocity.

The combination of their stampede and the psionic's carefully positioned blasts had triggered an almighty avalanche. With Windcrest lying to the south, there was little for Aiedai to worry about causing collateral damage to in triggering the destructive landslide of snow that now roared down the mountain towards the tide of creatures.

Her expression remained impassive throughout, gazing solemnly down at the wyrms even as they were met by the crushing wall of white.
