“That’s so sweet of you Jimmy.” Baby said, sounding far to sweet. “You think I have a pretty face.” Jimmy turned his gaze to Baby immediately. He really didn't like her tone. His gaze merely rested on her, taking her in. As if in slow motion, Baby picked up his cup that held alcohol. Vince moved, trying to get to his sister quickly. As if suddenly, Baby was dumping the alcohol on Caden. “Who’s the bitch now.” Just as Vince was wrapping his arms around Baby, Caden was getting up. Caden was furious. He wasn't about to let Baby get away with treating him the way that she was. Though they never seemed to get along, Jimmy secretly enjoyed fighting with her. She was always ready to go off on him and it always took little to set her off. If Vince had not gotten the young woman away from him, it was likely that he would have hit her..or tried to. He doubted that either of the other men would have allowed him to touch her. Now that Vince had moved Baby, Caden realized that perhaps the other man had seen enough of his sister's attempts to anger him.
Jimmy was standing, dripping from the liquid. Jack and he watched as Vince took care of his sister. As he stood there, watching the scene unfold, Jack remained sitting, watching as well. Neither said anything, allowing Vince to handle his sister. Suddenly, Baby shoved her brother from her. Jimmy was unsure what had just been said, but Baby spoke. “My problem is that ass hole.” Her voice rose, her eyes looking from Vince to Jimmy. “You think you’re so much better than me, because you’re up Jack’s ass and you and my brother are best friends?” The look that he received was painful for him to hand, however he wasn't about to let her see that. “You’re a fucking poser. No one likes you Jimmy…why don’t you do us all a favor and kill yourself.”
Vince started for Baby once again but she stopped him, speaking. “Fuck off Vinny. You three deserve each other.” The young woman made her way quickly to what Jimmy knew to be her bedroom. Her last words to him cut through him like a blade upon butter. Very few people knew that he would try to overdose or cut when things got to him..though he'd never been able to actually go through with it. Things that upset him terribly caused this. It had been some time since he'd done anything like that but right at that momnt he wanted to just get lost in the drugs. They were his comfort..the one thing in this world that he could count on.
“Sorry.” Vince said. Jack looked to the light haired man. "Don't worry about her. We've got more important things to be dealing with. Tonight, you're coming with me to take care of a former member. He thinks that he can just steal from me and get away with it. It needs to be taken care of."
As he listened to Jay, Jimmy realized that he needed to get out of there. If he was going to be forced to put up with baby later that night, he needed to calm down. He turned and made to leave the trailer when Jay's voice sounded. "Don't do anything stupid, Jimmy." Caden didn't acknowledge him but continued out the door.
Once outside, Caden began walking. He didn't care that it would take him some time to reach his small, shitty place. All that he cared about was getting away from that trailer. What did that dumb bitch know, anyway? She didn't know him at all. He kicked the dirt that lay on the road, in frustration. He wasn't quite sure why her words bothered him so much. All he knew was that he couldn't stand Ronnie.
Once he arrived back at his place, Caden quickly poured himself a drink and then rolled a joint. He quickly downed the liquid, feeling the effects quickly. He then, flopped onto his sad looking bed, and slowly took hit after hit. He wanted to forget Baby..Jack..Vince. Forget about how shitty his life was and how really..there was not a single person in the world that really wanted him there.
