Romeo smiled at her words. In fact, the smile hadn't left his lips since he'd laid eyes on her tonight. It was wrong. So very wrong. He knew it. This was not going the way he had thought. No, but he was glad it wasn't.
“You might . . .” Romeo smirked.
Any punishment he could imagine involving her seemed intensely pleasurable. His hand slid to caress the curve of her back as he pressed her even closer to him if that was possible.
“Victoria.” Her name a sweet on his lips.
Victoria. Yes, it suited the daring Vampiress. He liked it. It made her more real to him.
“Victoria . . .” He whispered once more, his lips moving closer to hers. “I'm Romeo.” Grinning at what seemed to him as a great irony as he captured her lips, meting out her punishment.
