Amaranth gazed at Rala as she spoke and silently thanked the woman for her intelligence. Amaranth had not thought of such an idea, though that is exactly what she had hoped for when she agreed to continue. It was a marvelous idea and the small hobbit's face lite up with its normal brightness once more. Before she was able to announce her changed vote, Bernadette spoke and voiced her own opinion.

"We don't need to be stumbling about under the moon hopin' there's suitable shelter while any Greenskins nearby wait for th' right time, when we can set up soon and have more time t' set a defense and a watch.

The girl's smile faded as she was at odds with her decision. Karala had a good point, however Bernadette had a better one. The thought of horrid goblins watching them and attacking sent goosebumps across her skin and chills down her spine. Despite the fact they were a bit smaller than Orcs, they had many advances that the Orcs did not have, which to her, made them worse. Small deformed green creatures crawling, steeling, and killing them in the night while they recharged their exhausted energy did not sound appealing.

Amaranth's eyes moved to Bernadette, who had moved to the bank of a small creek. She slowly made her way over to the woman and set her bag down gently on the dry land. The thought of resting her short legs and aching feet was tempting. However, that had not been her purpose of moving closer to the other red head. With a sigh, she looked back to the others and decided she would give her thoughts to the group.
"I agree with Bernadette. Not all are used to such a journey and tis the first day. And goblin's know the area better than we. A defense and guard is the best idea. Even if we venture a bit further, soon we should make camp." She paused and pointed at the stream where Bern was. "We 'ave water here. This would be a good place." Again she paused, though this time her eyes hardened and she gazed at Valinor. "Being as you don't sleep, you should take first shift." She stated in a voice that expressed that she was not backing down on her idea if he got cross with her.
