Dianga waited for a reply, looking around to make sure no one could just scare the pup. She was patient with these kind of things, she knew pups could be scared of strangers from time to time. But she didn't want to leave him alone. Not with Death around. She looked to her side to see Daciana joining them. She smiled, then concentrated back on the bush as she saw a head pop out. Her smile was warm and motherly.
''Your father? No, I don't think I have seen him. But if you want, I can help you search or you can stay with me until he comes for you,'' she suggested. Dianga wasn't sure who the pups father was and wondered if his pack might have left him. Packs sometimes left pups, or while on the hurt got hurt and didn't return. She now wondered what had happened. She looked back down at the little pup.
