Kuroko turned to the waitress when she had arrived, and after Ogiwara had ordered his food, the phantom man placed his own order. "I'd like a turkey sandwich, and a cup of hot chocolate, marshmallows on the side." Once she had left again, Kuroko turned to his friend. "How have you been, Ogiwara-kun? It's beel awhile since we last met." Perhaps a bit too straightforward, but breaking the ice was better than eating in silence.
