Nicholas jogged through the halls reaching Ashley just as she was entering their English class. Walking in behind her he noticed the disapproval glare the teacher threw in their direction out the corner of his eye. He wasn't about to do anything to provoke his teacher as his head still wasn't screwed on tight enough to deal with that bullshit. "Look who's alive!" Nicholas laughed as he walked over to the desk that sat beside Tristan. There had already been a guy in that sit but when he saw Nicholas coming he got up immediately changing his seat.
Nicholas wasn't the most intimating looking guy in the world, in fact it was quite the opposite. It was because of non-lethal appearance that wannabe bad-asses chose to fuck with him in the past and after kicking of a couple of guys asses he got a reputation as a brawler and a good one at that. Most people now just opted to move out his way because they didn't want to risk getting into any kind of altercation. Which Nicholas had no problem with. "There's a party going on down this friday. You guys in?"
Is that really a question? Sometimes I swear these people act like they don't even know me. "What kind of question is that?! Of course am going! Hello it's a party for crying out loud. Where else would a be on a friday night?" He thought about for a hot second than added, "Don't answer that." While he said it to both he looked directly at Ashley when he said knowing her smart ass would have something smart to say. "Whether I want to or not you two are going to make me. So, yeah I guess am in." Ash knows us way too well. "Well there's no way in hell we would let you miss out on the first party of our senior year. What kinda friends would we be if we let something like that happen?"
The question was rhetorically but he wouldn't be surprised if she still answered it. He hadn't gotten anything out of his locker which meant he was book less. Not that he cared. Class was minutes away from ending and the only thing on his mind was lunch. Unlike most people who lost their appetites when hung over Nicholas appetite weirdly increased. It was like having the munchies only he was coming down alcohol instead of weed. "God. I can't wait for this bell to ring. Am starving."
