After having taken a moment to calm himself, Ryley took off in another direction once again. He was amazed at how confusing the maze was but after some time long he came to the exit..or was it the entrance? It didn't matter. Either way, he was free of it. Ryley continued walking, slowly making his way to a forest. He didn't care for this place. It just didn't sit well with him. He allowed himself to keep his eyes on his surroundings, looking about for anything that could pose a threat. When Parker and Hailee had not come to him, he'd decided that he'd ended up somewhere that they could not go.
Which meant that he was on his own. Not a very comforting thought considering where he was. He did not continue calling out for his friends, instead opting for remaining as silent as he could. After he'd been walking for a while in the forest, he was forced to stop. In front of him was Nyla though..as he calmly gazed at her it seemed that she was perhaps frightened, thought he could not be sure. He'd seen her stop abruptly, something he was certain she wouldn't have done otherwise.
He was silent for a long moment, tilting his head to the side while he regarded her. "Nyla?" He finally asked, waiting for her to confirm that she was indeed Nyla. He gave her a few long moments before he continued. "Parker was worried about you. He said that he could not follow you after I left the cemetery. Are you alright?" He watched her intently, trying to see if anything was truly wrong with her. Though they cared nothing for each other, he would let nothing happen to her.
"Where are we? This is a place that I am not familiar with." He admitted to her. He was nearly certain that she would laugh at him or say something cruel, however, he wanted to know. It was bothering him greatly that he was left being so confused. He simply wanted some answers.
