The intensity off the Zydrate had started to wear off enough for Echo to function without her brother having to hold her up and so then, she’d headed down to the dance floor and lost herself in the vibrations of the music and the dark dancing lights. She’d lost track of time and thought she should check and see if her sister had made it their yet. She pushed past people, until she found herself at the bar. She ordered a drink and the bartender slid her one, something glowing a neon purple color and she downed it without hesitation. It was no secret that the Luxbane siblings were victims to the underground scene and soon their youngest sibling would be joining their favorite obsession.
When she’d finished one drink she’d ordered another, Echo could never just have one. She was obsessive when it came to liquor and Zydrate. She pulled out her cigarette case and placed a cigarette between her lips, before tucking the case back into her bar and feeling around for her lighter until she realized she didn’t have one.
“Shit.” She said under her breath glancing around, her eyes falling on a guy at the bar nd she smirked as she walked over to him, sitting down in the chair next to him, she turned in the chair to face him, crossing one leg over the other. “Hey there Kitten, you got a light?” she said her voice smooth like velvet.
He was strange, then again everyone was these days. Echo was just as strange. She held the cigarette between her fingertips, keeping her eyes on him as she waited for his reply. Echo was easy on the eyes and beautiful, which made seducing guys fairly easy for her or in this case scoring a lighter.
Xavier sat on the bed, keeping his eyes focused on the vial of glowing blue liquid he held up in front of him, between his index finger and his thumb as he waited for the girl out of boredom. He had figured out by the sound of running water that she was in the shower and he was hoping the her parents would walk in to find him sitting on their daughters bed like some kind of creep. Eventually though the water had shut off and he tucked the vial away as he waited for the girl to enter the room. He hadn’t missed the confused look on her face when she entered to room wrapped in nothing but a towel, but he didn’t bother to look away, because Graverobbers didn’t exactly have a reputation for being gentlemen like.
"If you're a graverobber looking for Zydrate, you're a little early." she said, just as she raised her arm to cough and he sighed.
He didn’t know exactly what she meant by that, but he assumed it had something to do with what Z had mentioned about her being terminal. If GenCo couldn’t find a cure for his sister she’d be dead within the year and that was why he was introducing her to the club scene in the first place, he wanted her to have a good time, before she passed away. X stood then and gave a simple bow of his head and flashed the girl a perfectly charming smile.
“Well, I’m sure the Zydrate I could steal from you would be rather pure, all things considered.” He said referring to her wealthy upbringing, with a casual smirk on his face. “However, my dear Hestia is it?” he said keeping his eyes on her. “That’s not what I’ve come here for, I’ve come to escort you to ToNic, it is your birthday if I’m not mistaken?” he said raising a brow. “You should get dressed and will get going.” He said simply.
