Al flinched at the door splintering apart but knew it wasn't an attack. "It is fine." She nodded. She frowned, not meaning to listen in on the cat and fox smelling females. Downside to having heightened senses but something she had always known. "Are you alright? Anything I can do to ease the tension around here?" She hated being useless even in a weakened state such as hers, but she could feel it. The healing of the body was an interesting feeling that she had come to find soothing. Maybe it was queer that she felt anxiety whenever she went periods without getting hurt, but it was her life and she had come to find solace in it. Pain meant she was alive. She knew many who could no loner fell pain... or anything. She shivered at the thought.
