Matt was bought by a man with spiked silver hair, along with a girl named Sapphire. He got several stares and pointing fingers his way due to his scarred left side. Finally, the two arrived at the house and Matt was thrown to the ground next to the cage the girl was in.

Poor girl... He thought to himself. At least he was free from a cage too small. He looked up at the ceiling while on his back, there was no way sleep could take him right then. But soon he became drowsy and fell asleep on the cold, hard ground.

As usual, monsters plagued his dreams, and he sweat while tossing and turning in his sleep.
