Kasei followed suit, sticking her keycard in her jacket pocket before stopping at his side and taking his hand in hers when he reached for her. "Hmm?" She tilted his head slightly as she looked up at him as he began. She wasn't surprised he was mentioning it - earlier, it had been quite sudden. So sudden that at first she had no idea how to respond to it and had hastily thrown together an answer that felt right in order to not make an ass out of herself. It didn't make her answer any less genuine really, she just had shocked...She hadn't been prepared. And wasn't exactly used to such declarations. Was anyone, really though? "Don't worry about it. I understand." She said, smiling softly and then brushed her lips against his fingers briefly, a small reassuring gesture. "I wasn't really expecting it though, honestly. You surprised me." She admitted with a shrug. She really hadn't seen it coming from Zack so quickly, he didn't strike her as the kind to say something unless he really meant it and if that was true she had to admit, she really was surprised but pleased. She cared for Zack, had since she had first gotten to really know him and wanted to see what would become of them.




Jukka laughed at what Sam said about being a hateful child. He had a slightly hard time imagining that - Sam seemed so friendly nowadays, although he supposed people changed. "Well, I have to say I have a hard time imagining that but I suppose it isn't unheard of. At least you had some things you liked though." He nodded. He had never been a top student - rather difficult, although he had been athletic and had quite enjoyed hockey, which he had been good at. He also had his music and had been very social even though he hung out with some of the more quiet people like Ville. "I have to say, I wasn't much of a scholar. I was only good at what I liked. I only really got into the history that interested me. Remembering dates and shit is hard. But I guess I was decent at sports - and I always had my music." He said, smiling. He had started playing back when he was quite young so it had always been an integral part of his life.


Jukka squinted slightly as he listed to the word (Or he was pretty sure it was only one word) slip from the auburn haired woman's lips. "Shit, that's long." Okay, maybe not too long. Finnish had some pretty long words too. Still, there was no way he'd get it the first time around. "Mmm...Percepti...smee volla...minty?" He grinned, knowing he'd just made a fool of himself. "I promise to never butcher your language again."

"Speaking of school, I remember the time you glued all the drawers to Mr. Einio's desk shut back when we were kids. That was great." Tanner interrupted him making a charming fool of himself by smirking slightly as he made his way back to the bar, a dejected look barely concealed by the twitch of amusement at his lips currently. It didn't look as though things had gone quite the way he had wanted considering he was alone and the girl he had been speaking to was now in animated conversation with her friends, laughing and smiling.

"Ah, I remember. That was a good one." Jukka nodded, casting one last glance over his shoulder at the girl and then at Tanner. "Didn't go well?" He asked. She didn't look angry so he couldn't have pissed her off.

"She's not really interested." Tanner sighed, lifting a shoulder in a shrug.



"Did I?" Kit furrowed her brow as if trying to remember before shrugging. She had probably mentioned it at some point, but she couldn't remember when. She stopped as the music faded out and several people moved off to get drinks and catch up with people. She was glad Vic didn't seem to mind dancing again and she wondered if it was maybe starting to grow on him a little.

She figured Asphyxia were probably planning something like an album right after such a large tour as this or maybe doing another smaller tour as headliners or something after resting up a bit. An album would be cool though, she always liked to see their new material. "Really?" She asked, her eyes widening in surprise a little at that. She had hoped for some hints or maybe a description of things but actually getting to see them in the studio would be really neat - she got to do that with Michael's band every now and then but that was just because she was Deidre's sister. "That would be so cool." She told him and then cast a glance back over at the rest of the group and smiled. "Don't worry, I'm not disappointed. I'm glad I got you to do this much," She laughed a little. "And that would be nice." She nodded.
