The princess looked around deftly. When she spotted William walking towards her, in was through a blurred sheen, almost as if she was underwater. She blinked furiously at the un-shed tears forming under her eyes, trying to focus on him. But she couldn't. She reached up to her cheek and felt a long gash from her cheekbone to her jaw line. When she took her hand away, blood was covering her fingers. She knew she was going to faint even before she officially blacked-out. She took one last look at the world and then felt herself falling forward. You see, her cut wasn't as bad as yu may think. It was the fact that she hated the sight, taste, or even smell of blood. Seeing it on her hand is what made her faint.
