Grant sat at the bar as he looked into his glass, swirling the amber colored liquid with a discontent look on his face. It 2pm at the time and he looked around the practically empty bar, the only people there being himself and bartender standing across from him. He looked back to his drink and tilted his head back as he finished what was left in the glass. He then proceeded to light a cigarette and stood up. "Keep up the good work..." He set the bartender down a tip and left the bar.

He started to walk down the street towards a large apartment complex until he had finally reached his apartment, 501A on the 15th floor; a small studio apartment. He went and sat on his sofa bed currently stuck in a strange position neither bed nor sofa but something in between. HE sat in the darkness of the room until he looked over to his phone seeing he had received a message.

He listened to the message and sighed deeply looking around the apartment lazily he got up. "Guess I'll do something productive today..." He walked in front of the mirror and ran his hand through his hair and tugged on his vest collar to straighten it out. He grabbed a strange glove and stuck it in his back pocket as he departed and made his way to the address.

He arrived at the building much earlier than the others as he waited leaning against the wall by the elevator, Katelyn arrived and he shot her his roguish smile and gave a nod that said hello all on its own. He followed behind her as she entered the elevator and for the most part kept to himself as another man entered then later a set of siblings. He greeted each as they entered with the smile and nod as he had done with katelyn.
