Isadora could see Jasper sit up from the corner of her eyes. He was interested. They were both interested in a good mystery. Their grandfather would read them old stories about crimes and how humans would figure it out just by whit. Jasper laughed in disbelieve while she was amazed that humans we smart enough to do things on their own. Now they were going to be heroes...unless well....unless someone in this room was the killer. Who would do such a thing to their own kind when humans hated them enough? The twins smirked at the same time.
Isadora watched Katelyn slide the folders out before grabbing her folder and opening it slowly. How did anyone know all of this. Glancing at her brothers it even listed the accident that led to her silence. She was baffled to how this person got that piece of information. No one ever spoke about. It was like the forbidden story in the house. Going back to her won folder Isadora flipped through the pages until the end where a note waited to be read.
It has come to my attention that your powers have grown to be quite extraordinary, including your brothers. I know you would probably have tried to get your grandfather to make Jasper stay home but we both know you are too afraid of the dark to come alone. I need him and you both to help catch this monster who has been killing our kind. I also know you hate using your powers but this is more important then your want you are needed. Welcome to the team.
