As the bald head rolled across the floor, the trail of blood showing its path, Savn smiled under his mask. Today was a subject's 1000th kill, something that Savn liked to celebrate. The subject stood trembling with both fear and disgust as he always did, which only made Savn enjoy this one more.
"What are you waiting for? Do you want it cooked or something?" Echoed the voice of Savn in the small, concrete room. These words only seemed to make the subject more shaky, causing another snicker to be hid by the mask Savn wore. The subject then looked up, tears now coating his face, crying out "How can you do this without feeling? How can you joke about this? How can you want to kill? What is wrong with you, you vile creature?!" Savn had not even moved when he responded, rather happily, with "Oh boy, I get all your ice cream!"
Savn leaned back in his chair, his mask sitting atop his head as he licked at the vanilla ice cream in the cone he held. When combined with the screams from the prisoners, ice cream was powerful enough to not only make him happy, but to also take away the haze. It proved the only way that he could be both relaxed and haze-free, something that was a must have to help the work day go by.
Dillous, another guardsman, came out from the door that led through the killing complex. "Your turn's up, Savn. Time for your ice cream to see daylight." Spoke Dillous as Savn began to lean forward. "Not if I can help it." Savn replied, as he waved goodbye to Dillous.
By the time he had reached the locker room, Savn had finished his cone. He grabbed his wallet, laptop, and backpack out from his locker, placing the wallet in a pocket and the computer in the backpack, before putting it on. Throwing his mask down so that only his gold eyes, with stripes of red coming from the pupil like spokes on a wheel, shown. He then headed for the surface.
Walking down the sidewalk in an obvious haze, Savn was still in his full uniform, rifle on his back and all. As he walked, his backpack swayed from side to side, causing him to hold the straps so that it would stop swinging. As he walked he ran into, literally, Rina. This caused him to stop and turn around, only his hazed and impossible to forget eyes showing through his masked. He spoke, his voice sounding like someone who just woke up, "What just hit me?"
