Hana stayed on his spot. As if he had anywhere to go to anyways. Leaning on the tree whilst sitting on the earthy ground wasn't the most comfortable ever, but by sitting cross-legged, it was sort of bearable. At least for a little while. Plus the cold couldn't bother him for the some thoughtful minutes he spent on thinking what exactly to do. He was not completely convinced yet that this wasn't just a simple nightmare, still tried to find a way to get him waking up and opening his eyes back in his room. Yes, then everything will be alright, everything will be okay. Then he'll fold the blanket and his night sheets, put it back into his wardrobe and like usual went downstairs for breakfast. Of course, it'll be the usual routine, it'll come right. Only in such situations you actually learn to appreciate, Hana understood with a slight frown, but shook it off. It was the first time he faced difficulty in staying optimistic.

Suddenly, he heard noises. Where before, deadly silence were covering the whole hazy atmosphere, everything aloof and unfamiliar, the noise was extremely close from him and reached to him as shock. A loud bang went shooing the dead silence, made him stare instinctively to the direction where he thought he heard it from; a stare that meant almost nothing to clarify the situation. Not only could he see nothing in particular because it lacked illumination, his eyes were additionally not the best around. He refused to wear glasses nonetheless, because he said they're inconvenient and not cheap. He argued that his bad sight will heal when his injury is gone anyways, and so refused to buy one; unfortunately.

"Oh my god, is that a dress?"

A voice of a young woman was heard. She spoke in an accent he was familiar with, having him to be a qualified English teacher anyways. Hana couldn't say whether he was glad to hear another person within his dreams he can't even see clearly as of yet, but it was pleasant to hear her amusement, even though he knew she was just making fun of Japanese traditional wear. At the time she was close enough, she appeared to him as a petite woman with short auburn hair who seemed to be around her early twenties. She did not come in sight her best condition, but at least her clothes were way thicker than his. It looked nicely warm...

"Sorry - sorry, ha! But, this doesn't seem like much of a nightmare! Where's the monster, or Jason, or a killer clown?"

For several seconds, Hana had to think. Slightly tilting his head, confused by her words, he only stared up to her without having taken a notice of her outstretched hand. Did this suppose to happen in a nightmare? Hana wouldn't know as every single time he had a dream, he'll most definitely forget the next morning he woke up. However, he could sense something wasn't particular right -- the woman was just too real, too graspable. He wondered whether he should just go ahead and mess around with her to verify genuineness, the realness.

After awhile of silent treatment and eyeing the girl with no particular expression displayed on his face, he attempted to reach for her hand, as a male voice took away his attention from her. "Oh no... Please tell me I'm not alone on a dark graveyard with killer spiders and a fucking GIRL!" Not nice, was Hana's first thought by the words, as he caught the sight of a... purple? haired teenage boy who clearly was Japanese. Although it did not matter and Hana made no particular difference between nationalities, it made him happy anyways to hear something familiar out of everything strange surround him.

Eventually, Hana took the woman's hand and a smile appeared on his previously emotionless face. "He does not mean any harm." Hana said with his soft and gentle voice, but added: "I think... Right?" seconds afterward, whilst gazing to his direction expectantly, of course only waiting for a positive answer. By the touch, he could feel the warmth of her hand, coming over to his and so shared the temperature until it reached a balance. Unlike his hand, it was small and soft; he liked it. Therefore instead of letting go, he held her hand within both of his palms while still smiling kindly, enjoying the warmth. "Mind me asking for your na--" Hana stopped midway, frowned as if he tried to remember something. Then he tried a different approach. "My name is Hana. Mind telling me yours?" To firstly introduce oneself before asking for another person's name; he was proud that he followed his friends advice. What he forgot was, that it were steps of a strategic way to flirt when his friend mentioned such thing, but that did not matter... for now.
