Kalila watched the exchange between the two, Sebastian and Lady Harlington. She stopped her rocking and looked at Jarrak as he asked her what she wanted.
She wanted out of this carriage and away from Harlington. She looked at the scarved woman, blinked a few times, before gutting forward, and pressing a quick, and gentle kiss to her scarved mouth.
There were no images, not on Kalila's part, Nassara however, might not be so fortunate.
Kalila looked at her, her slate grey eyes glimmering some as this thought would be shared between her and Nassara.
"You will be avenged."
With that, Kalila climbed out of the carriage and stood beside Sebastian, her head down, her face guarded.
Alexandrine listened to his tale. She clicked her teeth. "Dz'at is a real shame," She said sincerely. She didn't know if Bluebeard was some sort of deity, but she really didn't care, she'd find out one way or another.
She was mere moments from telling her story to Theodous when another walked up to them. Alexandrine turned as the new man as Theodous inquired about him.
Alexandrine looked him up and down. "No, my friends are dead, Who are you?" She asked the new man, he seemed to have quite a bit of power, it seemed to be radiating from him.
She still kept her hood pulled low.
