"They aren't budging." One of the terrorists told Veronica as she approached with Shelly, "They want to negotiate." He continued, "They won't. They're waiting for help to arrive. We'll have to move as soon as we can." Veronica responded, glancing over at Shelly. "What kind of structure and doors are we working with?" She asked.

"Typical stone and metal. The doors are still, possibly reinforced." One of the soldiers answered, "Alright, get some C4 on the doors if we have any to spare. We can probably breach from multiple points, create some chaos for our guys to slip in and work Get on it." Veronica ordered, several of the soldiers heading back towards the other doors they had scouted earlier.

"When the police and military arrive, they'll likely be ready for our gas. We'll switch to heavy weapons. Make sure we have a clear path out." A terrorist said, eyes falling on Shelly. It was barely visible, but he raised an eyebrow at the sight of her. "What will we do with her? Keep her for safe passage? Bargaining chip?" He asked.

"Undecided. For now she's my human shield." Veronica said, "Shield, empty your pockets and show me some ID." Veronica said to Shelly.
