"Khali is a goddess, yes, but she is fundamentally different from Ishka for two reasons. The reason people worship her and what she does with her power. In Khalidor the people were once enslaved by fae known as unseelie. Khali made their leader a living god and he freed the humans in the north that were enslaved. They named him a Godking and since then the country has strictly only worshiped her."

"While most deities use their powers to hinder other pantheons directly, Khali has done so indirectly. She gives a massive amount of power to the Godking, who in turn grants that power in the form of Vir to meisters. Then the Godking, with all his meisters, rules over the country with an iron fist. Khalidor used its magic to conquer more land and convert more people. When the old gods of the land had little power because they lost their worshipers, Khali would kill them."

"So unlike arcane magic that came from the Fae, vir is viewed as a type of divine magic since it comes from their goddess. They know a lot about healing and I studied in Khaliras for years studying their methods."

Kalila frowned. "Ishka would accept other gods, not kill them, she's nothing like Ishka at all." She said but she really only wanted to make sure that the goddess she was born as, wasn't an all powerful goddess, like she feared. She knew that Ishka wasn't the only god she inhabited, Yaenerio was within her too. However small, he cursed her while her mother slept, placed a spell that made sure that anytime she healed, she had to exact the same wound, on someone else, or taken it onto herself.

"Master...Do you think....After my training... I could speak? Like I am speaking to you know, but with my mouth and not my thoughts. I want....I want to makes friends...real friends, everyone is a afraid of me, and what I can do, and what I mean...If I could speak normally, then maybe I can change their minds on my own...." She said and looked at the ground, her mind wondering to Damien again. She didn't want that kiss to happen...not that way...not when her body wasn't her control.
