Jamison rolled his eyes, and a blush made its way to his face, "Shut up." Seriously? Shut up was all he could say to defend himself?
He looked at Sophia who seemed to be choking, and he remembered he had a water bottle in his backpack. He always brought one with him, and luckily, he hadn't opened it yet. He quickly took it out of his backpack, and he opened it, handing it to her, "Here, I haven't drank out of it yet," he smiled.
Even when she was choking, she still looked at beautiful as ever. Jamison was a bit ashamed of himself for thinking she was pretty and thinking Maria was pretty at the same time. For some reason it just made him feel like a total ass. Almost as if he would end up hurting the both of them by liking them both. While Maria was optimistic, always smiling, and all around a joyful girl, Sophia's sad, negative personality made him want to scoop her right into his arms and comfort her forever. He knew that was strange, and he knew he shouldn't have thoughts like that, when he was almost certain that Sophia liked Jonathan.
"Are you alright?" Jamison asked Sophia, staring straight into her chocolate, brown eyes. She had beautiful eyes. They were unlike any he'd ever seen before, and under a certain amount of light, they seemed to have gold specks.
