Jasper nodded at her as she spoke. "Maybe that's why he picks on you...that's childish to do in my opinion." He looked over at Jess and smiled. "you can all me Jay for short if you like. he told her. He took a deep breath and breathed out. Jay rose and flipped his chair around and tucked it in the table. He leaned against the wall.
"When your done want to take a walk around the school before heading back to class" He said to her as he scanned the lunch room for trouble. Jay didn't find any trouble lurking through out the room so he fixed his glared back on Jess and shot her a smile.
He couldn't help but smile at her, which he was puzzled by, he never was this comfortable around someone before.
