Clockwork chuckles robotically, his shoulder visibly shaking as he does. "Well, am I ever glad you asked!", Clockwork replies, twirling his spear and resting it on his shoulder. "I was down here doing android...things, you know? Hunting down criminals, taking out the trash, feeding stray cats....when I heard the most peculiar of recordings."

Clockwork focuses his gaze.

"GEHENNA's challenge to all of Stratevaria....one I'm sure you heard as well."

Clockwork stands up.

"I'm going out of Nebulon anyways, so I figured, why don't I head over to the Orbital Elevator? And since you're here....I thought that we both could use the company, hmm?" his tone is pleasant, if eccentric, all the time, and seems to be genuine.

"I could use someone to watch my back. And I have a good eye for people....well, heh, seven of them. So what do you say~?" Clockwork tilts his head, and folds his arms, his right hand still holding his halberd.

As Sentinel lifts the rusted grate....

....Nothing happens.

Seems like this is indeed a safe, if filthy, way to go. The vomit green sewer water would look and smell repulsive to most organics.

However....while the grate is not rigged, the sewer itself seems to be guarded. Sentinel can see several bright white lights from flashlights, and hear wet, soggy footsteps, underneath. Dark S1de patrol grunts....
