My headache was so bad, that I pretty much ignored Floyd until I heard commotion in the living room area.

“What the fuck did you?” I asked as I rolled out of bed to see what Floyd had fucked up. If I could describe Floyd, Rory, and I in single words they would be Wild, Chill, and Lively. I entered the living room area squinting from the pain of my headache to see the counter in shambles. “Come on man? How the hell do you knock everything over?” I complained before shaking my head. Seeing the bathroom empty was the only thing that gave me any peace. I went back into the room and exited with a change of clothes and a towel before going straight into the bathroom. Once in the hot shower, with the water drowning out any sharp sounds, I gave an exhale of relief. Maybe Floyd was right about smoking, but ibuprofen would do its thing in the meantime. I hummed Pursuit of Happiness by Kid Cudi as I bathed.

After several minutes, I walked out wearing gray shorts, and plain black t-shirt with black socks on. I smiled as my headache subsided a bit. By this time, Floyd had cleaned everything up.

“You remember the end of last night?” I asked Floyd while I headed into the bedroom to grab my phone. I made way back into the living room and sat on the couch. I checked my unread messages from this morning and last night as well. “You and Rory are like the fattest skinniest people ever. Like dead fucking weight.” I said to him with a shake of my head as I replied to text message from a friend named Emma. So sorry about my roommates last night. Thanks a lot.
