Trevor and Beth seemed to get along very quickly, as Trevor led them to his parents house. Trevor at first seemed o fear Winter, but eventually gave him a warm smile. Winter remained quiet throughout, but Trevor continued to give him smiles and stared at him. This sent shiver down Winter's spine and he continued following Beth's lead. When they made it to the cottage they were offered warm meal and a place to stay. As Beth spoke with the two parents, Trevor thought it would be funny to jump on Winter's back and pretend he was riding a horse. It was not.

Finally it was lights out, Beth was offered a couch and Winter decided to lie on the floor directly under where Beth was sleeping. He used Admeta's pack as a pillow and quickly found a position he where he was comfortable. There were times during the night where he wasn't sure if Beth was petting him of if her hand just fell off the side of the couch. He didn't mind either way it made him feel comfortable. It was a safe place to stay, and for once, curled up under Beth, Winter was able to sleep soundly.
