Meredith allowed her body to move to the music instinctively finding the rhythm of the song and moving to it in strong, graceful movements. All around them bodies moved in time with the beat and the combination of the music, the warmth of the room and the low lighting made a heady mix. Meredith felt wild, and sexy in a way she had never felt before and she was enjoying every moment of it. She danced without caring what others thought simply losing herself to the dark, almost visceral song, the band's drums vibrating through her till she felt it in her toes.

She looked up at Jaime when he spoke and felt a thrill at his words and the tone of his voice, his eyes held hers and she could see attraction in his gaze. The song changed then, becoming slower and yet darker in tone somehow and she allowed her bonded to pull her closer to him. She felt his hands roam her body and she revelled in the sensations his touch evoked. Meredith had never felt such attraction before, it was like something was pulling her towards him making her want to be closer to him. She went with the feeling having already decided to throw caution to the winds and live purely in the moment.

She moved closer to him so that their bodies were flush against each other and wrapped her arms around his neck, she continued to dance knowing her body moved against his as she did so. She was acting in a way that she definitely didn't normally and it occurred to her to worry for a moment that perhaps he thought she did. She didn't want him to think that she usually behaved this way with someone she had only just met. It mattered to her that he knew she didn't and was glad when she remembered that he was in her head as much as she was in his.

She knew he felt the desire she felt for him and also that she was mostly inexperienced with men, she had had a couple of relationships previously but none had been like this. None had seemed to spark this almost instant attraction that she felt for the chosen of war, the kind of guy she definitely didn't go for. She pulled his head down to hers so she could whisper to him, her lips close to his ear.

"Who said anything about wanting you to act like a gentleman."She murmured." Hell I'm not exactly acting like a lady am I?"

She was silent for a moment and then took her courage in both hands and kissed him lightly on the lips, she wanted do linger but she didn't want to make him feel forced into anything and so she kept it light and brief. She had let him know her feelings and made it clear what she wanted and now it was up to him to make the next move.
