She'd dreamt that she was in a blank world. It was just her and another human. They'd conquered the whole universe together, and she had all of her deepest desires granted, at the sound of a bell in her fingers. But.. she was sad. She may have kissed the man she was with, but it meant nothing. Then, a second man came, it was Oscar. He saved her from the kingdom of her sadness, and she gave the world to him. Anything she'd had, it was his then.
Then tragedy had struck the young lovers. As if it was Romeo & Juliet all over again, Rimara died. Leaving Oscar all alone in this world she'd gave him.
She woke up from her cat nap with teary eyes, and looked around her room, to find him. She got up, walking around, searching room for room, until she finally retreated to her bedroom, and sat on the edge of her bed. Her eyes were tired, otherwise she'd be spilling out buckets of tears. Rimara saw Oscar's jacket, and clutched it to her chest as she laid on her side on the bed.
"Why can't you stay?" She let out a shaky breath, before her eyes became fogged, and she drifted back into her state of depression. This was it. Her sign. The sign she'd been waiting for.
She needed out of town, right now. It'd be better for both of them. She was glad she was at least thinking clearly now, or a little better anyway. Rimara got up, and just walked out, leaving everything behind. Even the practical things, like her driver's license, and I.D. Information. She'd live under a fake name, so he couldn't find her, and they'd both be better then.
Fishing out her car key, she hopped in her Beetle Bug, as she liked to call it. She started the engine, and squealed it out of the driveway, and turning sharply, taking the road that lead straight out of this forbidden town. There was no need for her here anymore.
She was nearing the outskirts, as she passed the cemetery, and she turned her head to look at her father's grave, for just a second, then turned back towards the road, when everything went black. She felt horrible, and looked down to see her car slammed into.. something. Managing to kick the driver's door off, she frowned at her Beetle Bug's damage. Her legs were cut up, and she had some bruised ribs she knew, but she was alright besides that. She took a step back to look at her car in the middle of the road, the front flat...
as if there were an invisible wall.
