Aranea had begun crawling down Yveines arm, her beady eyes watching Elterys as she moved across her owners hand, freezing as it lifted to help her balance better. Yveine continued to speak to Elterys as if nothing had changed, although her eyes were now on the spider.
“As you say, all the details can be worked out in time. Regarding what I can give you now, there is nothing new regarding the orcs attacks. The humans are getting restless but nothing has been acted upon, the worst incidents have been a few ranger sightings. Nothing you’re not aware of and simple enough to provide.” Her eyes slid away from Aranea and back to Elterys, her expression taking on that underlying knowledge that had earned her such an untrustworthy persona despite her loyalty. Yveine smiled slightly, her voice lowered as she added “The information I don’t know how to deal with... is that regarding demon activity.”
