She took a deep breath and then she gazed up at Riley, strongly meeting her gaze in such a way that barely gave Riley a choice but to stare right back at her and pay attention. Maybe we're in a bit of a mess emotionally and in terms of life style but our life is amazing- no responsibilities, we're finally free of all the shit we ran away from and we're still crying? It doesn't make sense," So she rambled away for a moment and the best thing to do was to let her considering it was Khi and she could go on for the rest of her days but she stopped eventually and just looked at Riley sitting perfectly still so she could easily replace the make-up that her tears had sodden and sent into a messy stream around her face.
