James was already on the train, when he noticed a young girl laying back. This wouldn't do. "Initate, Move." This one had no idea what she had signed up for. She'd probably get Trent, as he usually dealt with the transfers, at least until they were a little more broke in. James had always been a hard ass, most of the trainees' called him The Warden behind his back. He didn't mind the nickname. The train was moving too slow for his liking, but at the same time, couldn't have any trainees' breaking their legs, on the first day anyway.

He did his best to stay in the shadows, curious as to who would jump first. Figured it'd be William. But, it wasn't. "Brielle, First Jumper" She might not do too bad here after all. He could care less about the rest of the progression, most of them were transfers anyway, and they'd be dealing with Trent. They wouldn't meet James for the first few days, until they had a grasp of the basics. Then he'd be able to come in and teach them how to fight, how to wage war, and most of all, how to win.

A younger girl didn't seem to be taking the first jumper very well. Seemed as though she was jealous. Don't know why, she didn't seem to be anything special. James quickly ducked around the corner and lit a cigarette. He wasn't allowed to smoke in front of the initiates, but this was a rule he was well-known to break. no need to cause a big fuss on their first day, he didn't want to scare any of them away. A few quick puffs and he stomped it out, and came back around. As he made his way around the corner, he spoke loudly and clearly. "This is your first day, you will do EXACTLY as Trent and I tell you to do. One wrong move, I'll shove my goddamn boot so far up your ass you'll be coughing shoelaces. Understood?" Everyone just stared at him in awe. So much for not scaring them. He then shouted "UNDER-FUCKING-STOOD?"
