Areesia seemed perfectly fine. As always. She always just seemed perfectly fine... Oh, how Chika envied her in more ways than one. She just seemed so good at everything. Perhaps the girl's own insecurities were stretching it a bit, but there wasn't much that could be done about that. She'd have to get over it in time. Mazaro seemed just fine. In fact, his claims about the Fourth being his father seemed to put him in incredible spirits after just being attacked. She had to smile softly at his optimism. He didn't feel the need to think too hard about why he was attacked. He just made up some story to make himself, and maybe the others, smile at him. Which was honestly fine, so long as that flunkee didn't honestly believe he had blood ties to the Fourth Hokage, one of the greatest shinobi to ever draw breath. Shiki seemed tired from the attack. Were her abilities too taxing on her at this early an age? Hopefully that would pass in time, but it only seemed to enforce Chika's thought of her needing to be protected. She would really have to keep an eye on her... In fact, she made a note to cover the girl immediately at the next sign o combat. Chika could handle herself well enough. Shiki seemed unable to do that properly.
And her sensei... well, she couldn't deny that he was attractive. Never could right from the get-go. But he knew something and was keeping it from the group. The young Uchiha could tell this with ease. Was it for the better that he said nothing, or was he playing a game? Needless to say, if it was a game to him, he would get a long scolding by his student. Even if that were a bit inappropriate, this was her new family. She wasn't about to let herself get deceived and otherwise denied important, critical information that would affect the team's safety. She sighed and shook her head, turning to Shiki with an outstretched hand. "Here's hoping. But one should never let their guard down on a mission, whether it's an execution mission or a simple pet retrieval." Her smile was sweet as she spoke. "And we are a team. Don't be afraid to ask for help. That goes for all of you." Her personality just seemed to completely overwrite the Uchiha stereotypes. In fact, if they hadn't seen her Sharingan but mere moments ago, some might even begin to doubt her claims to the clan's name But she was good to that claim at the least.
