She shook her head. "Not much- went to my appointment, talked for an hour, came home, got something to eat, got ready, came here. Just a quiet afternoon," she said, shrugging a little. Of course, the appointment hadn't been that simple- it was checking that her medication was working, talking about anything that was troubling her, talking about how she'd dealt with her bad days... The average appointment. She'd come home with more of those art therapy colouring books, her doctor recommending that she stuck with them. Sometimes, she felt a little ridiculous sitting and colouring in swirls and such, but when she didn't have the inspiration to paint, it did calm her down and made her feel better. And it wasn't like she was going to get frustrated with the quality of her work when she was just colouring.

She took a mouthful out of her drink, looking up at him. "Do you want to get a drink or anything? They've got soda if you don't want alcohol," she said, lifting her cup as if to demonstrate.

After the shock he'd just got, he needed a drink. He followed Charlie and Reagan into the kitchen, swiping a drink as soon as Charlie had it poured. He took a gulp out of it and grimaced a little, before grinning. It burned, but that was exactly what he wanted. He caught Reagan glancing at her phone and raised his eyebrows, still smirking. "2007 called, Reagan, it wants its phone back," he teased, taking another sip from his cup. Seriously, a flip phone? In this day and age? He wasn't one to judge, but he was seriously surprised to see that. Were her parents just ridiculously strict about phones? Bloody hell, his own father had an iPhone. He didn't know how to use it, but he had one.

He took a sip from his cup again as he glanced at the party. People were hooking up left right and centre, making his stomach twist uncomfortably again. Damn, he really wanted to, but at these kinds of parties, rumours flew, and knowing his luck, the wrong person would find out. He drained his cup and held it out for a refill. Maybe if he got really, really drunk, he'd forget it, even just for the night.
