Jason nodded along to Abbie's brief on her day, watching random people "dance" to the music in the middle of the room. If you can call it dancing. He blinked, looking at the cup she was suddenly holding up for him to look at. What? Oh, drinks.

"Me? Not want alcohol?" Jason nodded at her drink. "I think I'll leave the non-alcoholic drinking to you." He didn't question why she was just drinking soda, just assuming it had something to do with medication. Or maybe she just didn't feel like getting drunk. That certainly wasn't the case for him.

For the first time since spotting her, Jason actually looked her over and couldn't help but smile. She was dressed up, and in comparison he probably looked like he had been living under a bridge. He hadn't changed before coming here, it wasn't like he had appearances to uphold. "You look nice in blue," he commented, almost absently, before glancing toward the kitchen. "Imma go grab a drink, want anything?" he asked, only pausing briefly for a reply.

He nodded, grinning at her and kissing her cheek before dragging himself back to his feet. Then he was walking into the kitchen to find something to drink. He would of felt bad about leaving her on the couch if it weren't for the fact that she knew he didn't like to sit in one place long at parties, and he was just grabbing a drink. Besides, he could make it up to her later. Suddenly Jason paused, remembering there was more than one reason he had a lot to make up for. Shit.

He spotted Callum and Charlie in the kitchen, and started to grin, but the smile dropped when he spotted Reagan. Was she friends with Callum? The thought put a bitter taste in his mouth, but he wasn't going to tell Callum who to be friends with. Free will and all that. He really didn't even hate her all that much. She just hated him to the point he couldn't help but not get along with her. Putting his grudge aside, Jason walked over in time to watch Callum down the rest of whatever he was drinking and hold it back out to Charlie.

"Pour me a drink too, would ya, Charlie?" he asked with a smile, though he drew the name out almost like a tease. He glanced at Callum, sensing something off with his friend. But since he didn't actually look upset he couldn't really justify the feeling and just brushed it off. Instead he draped an arm over the guy's shoulders and grinned like he didn't have a care in the world. Liar.
