Hunter awoke to the sound of gunfire. He opened his eyes to the smell of blood. Fresh blood.

By the time his door opened, he was already dressed and armed. The door opened to a familiar face.

"Ozpin, what happened out there? And, more importantly," Hunter stepped towards the researcher, "why wasn't I notified?"

"Calm down Mr. Thorn. You'll be briefed upon that in a moment. But, until then, we have more serious issues we need to discuss."

Hunter followed Ozpin down throughout the facility, dodging between workers and avoiding stains. Reaching a small room in the back, Ozpin keyed into the Horizon's security feed. "This is after the raid, just after law enforcement arrived." Ozpin fell silent, letting the footage play out.

It showed an girl, perhaps middle-aged or younger, breaking through a window and breaching a classified door. Several minutes passed, and soon the woman reappeared, tucking away a flash-drive into her collar, before leaving out the window.

"Was she connected to the attack?"

"Unkown at the moment, but sources suggest against it."

"And whoever it was, they knew who we are, and knew how to get through several security measurements."

"Counter measure systems were deactivated at this time."

"What for?"

"A Trojan."

Hunter nodded, understanding. "False data?"

"Exactly. Hopefully it will lead us to whoever that is, or whoever tried to attack us. And, before you ask," Ozpin cut Hunter off, "Mr. Maddox will be debriefing you. He should be on the main floor. I'll wait here for incoming data."

"Understood." Hunter stepped out of the room, into the main level where he saw a familiar face loading a body onto a cart. Things were starting to heat up around here.
