A day had passed since the strange encounter with other Catalysts, a cruel reminder that there are others out there, that they are dangerous being. And not all are nice...

James and Eve was travelling through the overcrowded streets of The Crown once more. James carried a large, long bag while Eve walked with a slight skip in her step, something close to the scene from yesterday. There was one major difference though, the two were not relaxed. In fact, they were on a job. Well, more like finishing a job.

The two turned and headed through a small alleyway situated between two buildings, the alleyway turned several times and twisted around until reaching an old, abandoned building. It was small, falling apart and placed in the dead center of several more modern buildings, hidden from the real world and left to fall apart. Something that made the two mercenaries feel at ease, comforted; this could go into some more deep psychological shit so it's best to keep going.

Before the two entered the building, James pulled out their respective masks and applied them. Inside, a slightly overweight man stood, swaying side to side with anxiety as he bit on the nail of his thumb. The man was wearing a full on office suit, with a suitcase held in the free hand.
"Got the money?" James spoke out, his voice echoed through the building as he came into vision of the man, wearing his usual attire and mask.
"Ah, Whisper! I do!" The man replied, his voice shaken as he held the suitcase up in Whisper's direction. Only for it to be grabbed by the masked Eve, she spun around the room as if it was some kind of dance as she looked through the suitcase.
"Yes, that's all of it." Eve confirmed as she suddenly appeared next to James, the suitcase held in one hand.
"Right, it was a pleasure working for you. We had fun. Especially with the knowledge that you hired us to take someone out just so you can climb up the ladder of business. A very dirty move." James spoke, it would seem that he's trying to make a conversation, but at the same time trying to end the conversation.
The man giggled a little, feeling a bit awkward due to James' accurate words.
"This is not a laughing matter." James quickly spoke louder than usual, quickly pausing the man's giggles and grabbing his attention. Only for the man to see one last inhuman thing before his body was thrown across the room. The limbs and head were cut off with perfect slices, with the cuts forming a circle shape if you were to join the lines.

The two left, taking the money with them, ready for another job.
