Durandel then shouted, "Hey lets pass the blame when we are NOT in life-threatening danger! Nova! Do you see that hill? Think it can save us from this huge wave?!"
Dey was no amused by Nova's suddenly supposedly cheerful attitude and decided when this was over she was going to happily, and painfully pay both brutes back. Damn slaphapp- She tripped yet again, this time landing in the mud after having stepped on a sharp rock. "Curse you Nova!" Despite being behind Durandel, far from Nova, she instantly blamed him for her having tripped (yet again) as he had been the reason she hadn't been concentrating on where she was going. Now soaking wet, covered in mud and with an injured paw, Dey was in a worse mood, worse than from before, if that's even possible. She began to grumble and mutter under her breath about her two terrible traveling partners.
Dey followed Nova and Durandel suddenly going silent as she quickly sat to inspect the cut in her paw pads that had been caused by the sharp rock from earlier. Wretched water, wretched mud, ugh! "I hate this place..." She grumbled before she began to lick clean the injury so that it wouldn't come to infection.
A little relieved that they were on dry ground now, Dey stepped gingerly foward, trying hard not to put too much weight on her injured paw.
