Biggest The Best
Very small tremors shook the ground as Tatsuo walked the streets of Magnolia, so small that they were barely noticeable. Small pebbles on the ground danced around, and water surfaces rippled as well, but that's about as noticeable as it got. He tossed up and down in one hand a bag of jewels, the rewards for subduing several bandits in his latest mission. In his other hand he was munching on a rock. He of course got several strange looks by those he passed by. Well, it was mostly by those who either don't live in Magnolia, or haven't been for very long. It's pretty normal for Fairy Tail to have a wizard that munches on elements after all.
Tatsuo's eyes darted around him, scanning those around him. He was expecting trouble. No, he was hoping for it. It has been nearly almost over a year since he joined Fairy Tail, since his legend as the Fairy Tail Komodo began. Though it's not really a legend. That's being rather generous. He's nowhere near being a household name. But his name is on the lips of a few towns, and guilds. What he's so nervous about is that this information getting back to his father.
Tatsuo spent three years out in the mountains in solitude, away from people. He figured if a Earth eating Dragon Slayer showed up his father would surely hear about it. Assuming that he's still alive. But Tatsuo knew he wasn't that lucky. No, he was still alive out there. He could feel it in his gut. And he'll be ready for when he decides to show his face. Or at least he hopes so. Tatsuo soon approached the Guild hall, already looking forward for his next mission. He needed something more challenging. He needed something big to punch.
"Your conquering badass has returned! Feel relieved now cronies!" Tatsuo roared as he kicked the door in to open it. "Geez shorty, you could have just opened the door." One of his fellow guildmembers stated as he sipping on a mug of beer. Tatsuo glared at him intensely as he finished eating his rock. "EARTH DRAGON DIAMOND FIST!" Tatsuo called out as he punched the man in the face with his diamond hard fist. The punch sent the man flying across the room. "Don't. Call. Me. SHORT!" He bellowed in a Earth shaking voice. Two men that were sitting with the man that Tatsuo stared at the young Dragon Slayer.
The men looked at Tatsuo, and then too each other, unsure what to do next. Tatsuo shut his eyes briefly, and cracked his knuckles. A devilishly grin crossed his face as he opened his eyes. He then chuckled to himself. Before the two men knew what happened Tatsuo knocked both of them across the room, right into their buddy that he knocked out. "Hehe, better than coffee any day." He smirked as cracked his neck. He put his hands in his coat pockets, and calmly walked over to the job board, acting as if nothing happened.
Tatsuo stared at the board intensely. Nothing was really catching his eye, and nothing was really that challenging looking. Tatsuo snarled at the board as he punched a hole in the wall next to the board. He marched his way over to the guildmaster's office, where someone else was waiting to see the guildmaster. A young lady his age, Ariana was her name. He hadn't really spoken, or interacted with her at all that much. But he's seen her a few times in the guild hall, and around town. Well, he doesn't really socialize with half the members of the guild.
Tatsuo brushed past the girl, and kicked the door in. "Hey! What the hell?! Where's all the good missions! I wanna fight a giant monster!" Tatsuo roared as he barged in.
