"Khojin," she finishes shyly, embarrassed by her stumbling attempts at interaction. She picks at the hole in her left cheek awkwardly, trying to think of more to say. As far as attempts to make allies went, this was... rough.
"I didn't mean lizard," she explains to no one in particular, eyes failing to meet the Shao girl's gaze. She grasped around for something to say that would make this go more easily. Somehow she felt 'let me follow you around and ride your dragon' - 'Fanghur' - might not go over well.
"I saw a dragon once," she begins, not really thinking about her worrds, just trying to fill silence. "He... spoke, 'n'... everythin'... uh..." Her eyes keep flicking over to the one introduced as Fell. "I have a companion, too, sort of. His name's Capricorn, he's a... heh. Look at us, both with companions, both trapped in a desert arena, we're practically twinsies, heheheh..." She tittered nervously, her long, thin tongue occasionally flicking along her exposed teeth compulsively. She hoped it didn't bother Adira, that might be awkward.
She wondered briefly if she should let Fell sniff her hand. That seemed like an invitation to get bit, however, so she disregarded the notion. Her mind reached out for Capricorn again, hoping he might have something to contribute. He might be a demon, but he always had some suggestion for social matters. Again she met with hollow silence. How helpful.
"So uh, I see you have a bag," she attempted, pointing at the duffle at Adira's feet. "I also have a bag. What strange and magical happenstance." She gave her own bag a small shake to demonstrate, causing the remarkably few contents inside to jump around. "We're practically friends already, right?" She could smell the horrible socialization.
