Finnlin Firenze
Finnlin ran as fast as her legs would carry her. She was grateful the school allowed her and her brother to live on campus together but man, why did it have to be all the way across the campus from her class. She had left so early she barely had time to get things ready for the day so Akeli wouldn't get bored. (It was bad this if he got bored.)
She was almost there when her PDA, she pulled it out to find her navi' looking up to her a little distraught.
"What's going on Scarecrow?"
"Mistress, I'm afraid it's your brother. He a little upset." She heard something crash behind him. She gave a sigh. "I knew I should have woke him. Maybe then his abilities wouldn't be giving off his emotions." She heard another crash. "I better calm him down before they get word, and move him."
"Can you put him on, Scarecrow?"
"Of course mistress." He replied with a bow. The screen blurred out for a moment and returned now replace with the human face of her little brother. His eyes overly puffy.
"Fratellino (Little Brother), we talked about this. I have to do this classes."
"I know, Sorella. (Sister) but I just don't like that you're gone all day." His cheeks puffed up and the tears began to swell up in his eyes.
"Please don't be like this, fratellino. Believe me, I'd much rather be there with you." He gave a small nod. "I'll tell you what? You be a good boy today. I don't get another call from Scarecrow and I promise when I get home tonight, we'll sit down and watch some of those old movies you like, we'll even make some italian food."
"Really?" She nodded. "Grazie."(Thanks) She jumped at the sharp shrill shriek of the bell.
"Oh Merda,(Oh Crap) that's the bell. Ti amo, piccola.(Love you, little one)" She blew a kiss to the screen.
"Anch'io ti amo." (Love you, too) He waved before the screen went black. She now had no choice but to take as long of strides as possible. Finally coming across the room. She throw open the door open and began to apologize profusely.
"Mi dispiace tanto , qualcosa si avvicinò all'ultimo minuto , che sono stato costretto a trattare con esso." (I am so sorry, something came up last minute, that I was forced to deal with it.)
