With a sigh of exhaustion Leirie seated herself on a empty wooden bench. The need to sleep poked at her, begging her to rest and forget. Forget the horrid situation she has found herself in and escaped into her dreams. But she couldn't Leirie had far to many things to do and fulfilling her yearning needs was not one of them.
"Damn girl you look like Hell" Leirie giggled slightly at her ghostly friends remark. Years ago, back during the time she was trapped in her parents attic, Leirie met Mason the wayward spirit whom has stuck by her side for so many years. Even if he was only a blurry grey outline of a man, the bright orange center where his heart once beat lively comforted Leirie. A while back she had learned the many colors of a persons soul, the color Orange meaning adventurous and loyalty.
"Yes well I also haven't slept in two days" Leirie answered as she stood from the bench, her break now over. A bright smile lite up her pale features as Mason handed her a plastic bag of Bins.
"Morals are so easy to manipulate I'm kinda ashamed I was one, there's about 50 Bins in there was why do you go get something to eat?" Mason's tone was prideful making Leirie shake her head before agreeing with the ghost. Leirie knew if she had any chance I staying awake any longer she needed caffeine. Making her way to Cafe Hoshisi Leirie's senses were instantly assaulted by the beautiful scent of coffee as she stepped inside. She had to wait in line for a bit and once she made it to the front her stomach grumbled its plea. Stepping up to the counter the cashier gave her a look she was all to familiar with, the man slightly glaring at her eye patch.
"Hi I would like to order a egg and sausage croissant and a white chocolate mocha please, Eat in" Leirie ordered and handed over the correct amount before she was handed her order. Making her way to a table she stopped at the sudden commotion, almost bumping into the red haired man in front of her. She listened to his annoyed tone and felt bad for the young girl who almost fell.
"You don't need to be so rude" Leirie unconsciously mumbled and the moment she said that her face turned red. She hadn't meant to say that out loud. Beside her Mason chuckled at the embarrassed Leirie.
