Dae was a bit surprised when Barnabus thanked him for opening his arms and his home to Jilpryris when the others would not. It made him feel a little uncomfortable to be complimented and thanked. He didn't really do much. He did what needed to be done. Mature? Maybe, but he didn't want to take credit for something that was just natural. This was the way things were. Ah well. It was nice to hear but he needed to make sure it didn't go to his head. He leaned against the door frame then and looked over at his fellow rider when she began to speak.
"What's the matter? Afraid you'll see something you like?"
Dae was blushing clear down to his chest. Worried that he would see something that he liked? He wasn't sure how he wanted to respond to that. He could be flirtatious if he wanted to be. He didn't often pull out that charm but it was not like he was a stranger to it. He was the siren rider after all. Charm was part of his nature and Aquarian had taught him enough. Though Aquarian was very up front about sexuality, Dae didn't always want to be like that. Jilpryris didn't seem to mind it though so maybe doing a little flirting of his own wouldn't hurt.
"I am not worried about that," he cooed. "I already see something I like," he winked. "And you would not want to get into the water if Aquarian is there. He'll do far more than try and wash your back," he chuckled. "Trust me." He was a little surprised to hear that she lived on the farm with brothers. The other riders were always nobility or rulers so he was the only one that had a more simplistic life though he to was a leader of his people. To hear that she lived on a farm made her feel more on his level. She could appreciate and understand the quiet life much more than say someone like Trytheus. He has seen Amstra once and it had been... very overwhelming for him. He offered her a smile and relaxed a bit now that he knew she wasn't going to start judging his people's customs. Then she mentioned bathing.
"Oh right. Taking a bath is probably a good idea," he chuckled. He went back to the cupboard and grabbed cloth that they could use to wipe themselves off before he went into his mother's bedroom and sifted through the clothing trying to find something that would fit Jilpryis. He came back into the hall with the bundle. "Here we are. Come on, I'll show you to the waterfall." He exited onto the maze of bridges and he toured her to the waterfall that was used for bathing thanks to the running water. He set the clothes on a tree branch so that they would be easily accessible and not get dirty.
"I'll take your clothes. The paint will fade a bit but it won't come off unless you really scrub at it. When we are done, the food should be finished. Hopefully we'll be able to get some information about what beast we should be looking for or get some sort of direction," he informed. He blushed lightly when he saw the other rider strip down in front of him. This was normal but for some reason he still felt a bit shy. He couldn't help but let his eyes wander over her form as she revealed it. She was rather attractive. She had a nice curve to her body and she looked rather athletic. When he caught himself staring, he averted his gaze and accepted her clothes and rested them on the branch with the rest of it before he took off his own clothes and weapons. He wondered if she was watching him to but decided not to look up and see if she was. Once he was disrobed, he dove into the water.
Ahhhh water. It was cold but just like Aqauarian, he loved the water. He felt at home in the blue depths and the chill made him feel clean. It was going to be amazing to wipe off the old sweat and grime and sand from the travel. He surfaced and shook his head, spraying water as his hair plastered against his face. He offered the other rider a smile. "It is cold but you'll get used to it!" he warned and dunked his head again to scrub at his head before he surfaced again.
