Samantha looked at Magnolia and Ben as they interacted then looked at Magnolia as she spoke again but this time, handing her another picture. It was very sentimental, close to the point that Samantha's emerald green eyes teared up. She held back the tears and opened her mouth to speak. "Mags. I-I don't know what to say. Thank you, I'll keep this near and dear to my heart." She said while sitting it down on a nearby table. "A bonfire? That sounds lovely. Whose the host or hostess?" She'd ask while standing beside Matt now, resting her hands upon his shoulder.
"Oh, Matt. You and your basketball." She scoffed with a playful eye roll then turned her head slightly as she heard the doorbell. "Wonder who that could be?" She had asked as the only people she really cared about was already present. Samantha walked up to the door and turned the knob, opening it up. It was Chloe, Darius and Caleb. She stood in the door frame, folding her arms over her chest.
"You and you are allowed to come in." She said while pointing at Darius and Chloe, stepping aside and allowing them entry while stepping outside and closing the door behind her, standing in front of Caleb now. "What are you doing here? The strip club is down the street to the left." Samantha said while pointing in that direction but not really know where the strip club was located. Sure, Caleb wasn't going to take it as much as an insult but she just had to know why he was here. He wasn't invited, at least by her, he wasn't. "Who invited you, Caleb?" She asked with a sigh. She didn't want to make a big scene about this especially with Matt being inside. "You know, Matt is here and I do not want any drama." Samantha stated while crossing her arms back over her chest.

"Niguel! You're not going to that party and that's that. We're done talking about it." Michelle Peterson, Nick's mother spoke as she exited the kitchen now, leaving Nick there to wallow in her words. He had to go to the first party of the year and it was thrown by Samantha, out of all people. Plus, it was her birthday. Nick had every right in his mind to go to the party anyway and as a matter of fact, that's exactly what he was going to do.
Nick had showered, brushed his teeth and brushed his hair while exiting the bathroom now and looking out the window, seeing his parents leave for their annual night out. Once he heard the car start up and leave, he placed on his pajamas, going for a more sporty look tonight.
While walking outside, he made sure the door was locked behind him as he got into his Mustang GT and drove to the party. He had arrived to her place within about twenty minutes and turned his engine off. Nick had made a slow trek up towards the home, seeing Samantha outside talking to Caleb and he smelled nothing but trouble. He walked up to them and looked at Samantha then at Caleb then back at Samantha. "So, did I walk into something here or what?" Nick had said while pointing between the two of them.
"The party is inside, Nick. Enjoy." Samantha side stepped to let him by then opened the door for him, closing it behind him, as well. Nick looked as he entered the living area, where everyone else was present and saw no one dancing. "What's up, everyone?" Nick went around the room, dapping the men up, whether they hated him or not and giving the girl's small hugs, again whether they hated him or not.
"Samantha said that the party was happening here but I don't see no party." Nick remarked towards everyone going up to the DJ booth and pushing him aside. "Ah. Perfect." Nick muttered as he found the perfect song to get the party started. Once the music started up, he had backflipped himself down from the DJ's booth and onto the dance floor, grabbing a few people as well - Especially the couples of the party.
Nick danced in the middle of the floor, showcasing some dance moves as he went over towards Matt. "Just a heads up, Samantha and Caleb are outside and Sam looks pissed." Nick had muttered. He wasn't starting drama but just wanted to save Caleb from the wrath of the Queen Bee. He continued dancing around everyone as he just had to be the one to get the party started.
