"Most likely. They followed me here and are probably waiting for me to leave" Augustus says, a soft smile playing at his lips, it's enough to make Addy cringe as the bitter taste of nostalgia fills her mouth. She had missed out on so many years of friendship and major events in August's life, as did he with her. All of them had been so close at one time, they had created Soundless September together. It had taken all of them to build up the world famous band. And now, now they could barely sit in the same room together. She hadn't missed out on the dark clouds of tension that clouded the room along with Augustus's and Dylan's interactions. But, she had chosen to ignore it she didn't need any anger in her life right. The stressful emotion was just too taxing.

"Lucky you." Adeline hums, feeling genuinely happy for him. He had finally made it, he had finally achieved his dream.

"So what happened to you after the break up?" Adeline shrugs at the question, the words 'break up' making her smile sightly. It was as if they were talking about some harsh breakup between an old married couple, but she guessed. It was a break up, and it was very harsh. And, as intimate as the word sounded, it fit the chaos tornado of shit they had done to each other.

"Ummm...well not-- Adeline's sentence is cut short as her attention is drawn to Judith, her faux fur coat catching Addy's eye. She raises a hand in greeting to the freckled woman as the dark haired girl makes her way over, coming to a stop that leaves her standing to Addy's right. Adeline blinks confused, taking her decision not to sit next to her as some sort of message or retaliation. Did Jude somehow find out about what she had done? About the secret she had accidentally spilled one angrily confusing night when she had been cornered by the press.

"Dylan. Augustus. Adeline. Nice to see you again." Judith says awkwardly, her words a normal, although slightly stiff greeting that allows Addy to relax. She still had not found out, well as far as Adeline could tell. She doubted this would be the greeting if the woman knew. Glancing at her out of the corner of her eyes, Adeline gives a low sigh. She needed to tell her, she needed to apologize to her before she found out and got hurt. Maybe she should tell her now, who knows when the next time she would see Jude in person like this. Telling her over the phone would just be rude and insensitive. No, it should be now.

Addy turns to the girl, her lips parted as she tries to figure out a way to explain to her the mistake she had made that night.

The opening of the lounge door stops Adeline as a voice calls out to them in greeting. Addy's eyes land on Monty and his wide grin. She frowns as he quickly begins greeting them, her moment to confess gone.

"Addy sweetheart it's so nice to see you again. How's life treating you?" Monty chuckles coming up to her, he gives her an air kiss, adding on an obvious rhetorical question that seemed to make the sentence impersonal. Well, he had mastered the rich douche bag language. Monty places his hands on her shoulders, trying to pull what looks like to be a sincere look. "You know." He starts drawing her closer and dropping his voice. "You know, no matter what any of these guys think, you will always be the best lead singer for this band to me."

Adeline blinks taken back by his comment. He lets her go, his make-shift empathetic look still in place. "Umm...thanks, Monty...I guess... Addy trails off, uncertain how she should respond.

Monty nods, giving her another cheesy grin before he's off to greet the next person. Adeline watches him go, slumping down into her hair. She drags a hand through her hair biting her lower lip. As much as she was over all the kid stuff they had gone through five years ago, she really didn't appreciate old wounds being picked at, or having a fucking knife stabbed through it.

It reminded her of bitter feelings she really didn't want to revisit, of unimaginable anger. Honestly, everyone in the band had attempted to replace her, whether that was because they didn't think she had the necessary talent, or just because they wanted to step in the spotlight was still unclear to her, all she knew for sure was that it hurt. It had hurt like hell finding out her best friends were trying to replace her. She had helped build up Soundless September just as much as them, and if they believed it or not people still bought their music, even with her voice on it. So, fuck anyone who thought she wasn't good at it.

Adeline shakes her head. Shit. She was cool. She wasn't angry. All of that shit had happened too long ago for her to be upset about it. She was over it. Addy stand as everyone else does, following everyone into the room. She takes a seat at the wooden table trying to bring back some sort of humorist attitude as she listened to Monty try to lighten the mood, a task he seemed to be bad at.

The sliding of papers causes Adeline to draw her eyes away from Monty and towards the contract in her hands. She had nearly forgotten about this thing, was this the reason they were all here? To look at some contract?

"So I've asked you all here to inform you of your upcoming reunion tour."

Adeline's head immediately snaps up at his words. Tour?

"What the hell Monty!?" Adeline yells in disbelief. This guy was out of his mind if he thought any of them would agree to this.

Addy's attention is drawn to Judith as she begins telling Monty off, a fire behind her words that explained just how over the band break up she really was. Adeline nodded when Judith finished, adding a quick argument of her own to the idea along with the others.

Adeline lets out a frustrated breath as she watched Dylan and Monty go back and forth. Shaking her head she stands, ready to leave. This meeting was over. She just wasn't doing it.

The mention of money makes her stop. All the earning from Soundless September? She didn't even have half of it anymore. Clenching her jaw Addy plops back down in her seat, setting a glare on Monty.

That stupid grin had made its way back on his face and it didn't help her anger as he announced the soon to be held press conference. Adeline shakes her head, he wanted them to come up with some lie about their breakup too. On top of all this. What was wrong with the truth? They needed to be honest with the fans, it was best if they didn't get the idea Soundless September was coming back for more than one tour.

"I know what we can tell people." Addy nods, giving Monty a tight lipped smile. "How about 'Asshole Manager creates drama within Soundless Septmber, causing their breakup.' It's real front page headliner stuff. I don't think that would tarnish the band."
