While it was very lucky that Nemo had managed to stop herself from going full nuclear on the poor Aina, Kurou also felt a bit disappointed that the sudden burst of visible character from the girl had ceased so quickly. Kurou generally thought of her as rather weak-willed and boring and this was probably the first time she had provided him with any entertainment. It appeared as though even the most timid of the group was beginning to tire of this event of theirs, so if that wasn't a sign this game should hurry up and end soon, then he couldn't tell you what was.

More importantly to Kurou than Nemo's well being was the fact that his suggestion for the guard for his task was shot down rather quickly. "She's handcuffed to Ogawa-Senpai. I doubt they'd be very comfortable guarding your door. I suppose you're stuck with me a while longer, neighbor." Izaya said, siding against Kurou. Now that he mentioned it, yeah, Kurou had sorta forgotten about that. It was his bad, not that he would openly admit this.

"But.... hasn't she been through enough tonight..?" Kurumi argued. Because nobody seemed to support him, he did not bother to put up any resistance. He was, however, a bit annoyed to see Izaya so eager to volunteer, though. A sharp "Fine" escaped his lips as he conceded defeat in this matter.

At the very least, if they were robbed tonight, the culprit was pretty obvious.

"Next round, yeah? Can't do that one yet anyhow."

Things had begun to get back on track, though it was quite obvious Nemo was still in a sour mood from a sharp comment she had made. The tension in the room was just about palpable and everybody was obviously tired of the game and each other, it had seemed. Kurou could not help but look towards his younger brother. Though his face did not betray any of it, he was confident that Yuki was having a whole lot more fun than anybody else in the room. The younger Kitomura's sadism heavily outweighed Kurou's own, even if he did try to seem the peacekeeper of the group.

I would not be surprised if he had desired this all to happen.

"Malik-san, I hope you don't mind me providing a consequence. After all, you did avoid the order. I don't think anyone would mind that I provide that order for tomorrow." Yuki stated.

While it was technically fair, Kurou wasn't sure just what kind of plans his brother had in store for the dark-skinned girl and that caused him to almost feel bad for her. It was impossible to know just what she would have to suffer through though, so he merely gave a small shrug in agreement. Such is the price for avoiding responsibilities... not that Kurou should generally be able to talk. But he was just glad he would not have to deal with a mischievous Yuki. His night was already guaranteed to be ruined merely by the fact he was NOT going to be getting any real sleep tonight. He wasn't sure what he would do if---

"Oh right, Shuuhei-san. Would Mari-baachan be fine without you? You did say she would need you."

Please, no.

Kurou had an intensely bad feeling in his gut the moment Yuki finished that sentence. He knew exactly where this was going and did not like it one bit, but knew that objecting would only bring suspicion on him. With how eagerly Kurumi accepted the incoming suggestion, he was sure that either she knew that too, or she was just really naive.

"I could take your place in guarding. It won't be a hassle, since I do live here." he politely offered, sending a stronger sensation through Kurou's gut. As long as they didn't suddenly do anything weird, there really was no actual reason to worry, but still... Kurou could not help but assume the possibility that Yuki might know something was up. And if that was the case, then it would only take on slip between Kurou or Kurumi for him to find out. It was not a pleasant feeling.

"Do whatever you want." Feigning indifference towards the topic, Kurou had said this.

Yuki then continued. "I don't think there would be much of a problem with Kurumi-san and Kuu-nii sleeping together."

The older Kitomura did not like the vibes he was getting from the look Yuki had shot the both of them. It made him feel like the suspicion about his brother being suspicious was correct, which was definitely a bad thing. All Kurou could do was simply continue acting like an indifferent asshole (which was pretty much the case with him anyways so it wasn't too hard). There was not a single reason to worry as long as they didn't do something weird. Yes, that was correct. And he didn't have any plans on that, and he was pretty much sure Kurumi didn't either, so there was no reason to get all worried! ...Right?

"Now get your sticks. Let's see what the King has in mind for all of us."

And so the game continued, with the last order being that Number 2 would leave a visible love bit on Number 5 that would be seen for a week. Glancing at his own stick he had grabbed, it seemed luck was on his side for this final round, despite him not being able to snag the King spot once again. He wouldn't have to deal with something embarrassing like that. After Kurumi had voiced her exclusion from the round, Kurou followed suit.

"Not me, either." Kurou said, then announcing his number and holding the stick up.
